DTB was established in 2008 by musician and entrepreneur Rich Enion. A skilled drummer, Rich is committed to the power of drumming and is on a mission to share drumming with organisations as a simple and effective team building activity. Tapping deep into the human consciousness and helping others to connect through the beat of the drum. DTB was a dragons den success with two of the dragons sold on the power of drumming as a unique and effective team building business.

How we work with your organisation
We provide a brief introduction to the instruments and basic drumming techniques of rhythms, beats and synchronising together.
Each person must pay attention to other's rhythms and adjust their playing accordingly. Fostering teamwork and collaboration via coordination and synchronisation.
We provide all professional equipment.
Most sessions last around an hour.
We have short ice-breaker options, half and full day experiences.
DTB can be incorporated into multi-day retreats or conferences and full day corporate wellness experiences.
We can accommodate 10 to 1500 people to fit your objectives.
